This Privacy Policy applies to Conduit, including its private-beta software, websites, and internally administered Google Ads integration.

PABB, LLC, doing business as Conduit ("Conduit," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you visit our websites, communicate with us, use Conduit, or authorize us to manage a connected service such as Google Ads.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with Conduit, we may collect:

• Contact and account information, including your name, business name, email address, telephone number, login identifiers, and organizational role.
• Communications and service information you provide through calls, text messages, forms, support requests, scheduling workflows, or other interactions.
• Operational information processed through Conduit, such as customer, lead, conversation, scheduling, dispatch, job, and reporting information.
• Technical information, such as IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, cookies, security events, and website usage data.
• Information from services you authorize us to connect.

2. Google Ads and Google API Data

Conduit includes an internal, administrator-managed Google Ads component. We access a Google Ads account only after the account owner or an authorized administrator grants access or links the account to our Google Ads manager account.

Depending on the authorized functionality, Google Ads API data may include account and customer identifiers; campaigns; budgets; bidding settings; ad groups; ads; assets; keywords; negative keywords; search terms; locations; schedules; audiences; targeting; conversion actions and settings; and performance information such as impressions, clicks, cost, and conversions.

We use this information only to provide the services authorized by the relevant account owner, including account and campaign planning, creation, management, keyword planning, auditing, reporting, troubleshooting, security, and support. The Google Ads component is managed entirely by authorized Conduit employees and contractors. Conduit customers and the general public cannot directly invoke Google Ads API operations.

We do not sell Google user data, use it for personalized advertising unrelated to the authorized account, or disclose it to third parties except as necessary to provide and secure the requested service, comply with law, or protect rights and safety. Conduit's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

3. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

• Provide, operate, maintain, secure, and improve Conduit and our websites.
• Authenticate users and administer private-beta access.
• Respond to inquiries, provide support, schedule services, and send operational updates.
• Perform authorized advertising management, reporting, and marketing operations.
• Detect fraud, abuse, security threats, and violations of our terms.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

4. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to personnel and contractors who need it to perform authorized work; vendors that provide hosting, authentication, communications, analytics, security, or other operational services; professional advisers; government authorities when legally required; and parties to a corporate transaction. These parties may use information only for the applicable service or legal purpose.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not share Google Ads API data with data brokers or use it for unrelated advertising purposes.

5. Data Storage, Retention, Deletion, and Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. Credentials and developer secrets are restricted to authorized personnel and stored in access-controlled systems. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested services, meet operational and security needs, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and context. When data is no longer required, we delete or de-identify it in accordance with our operational and legal requirements.

6. Your Choices and Requests

You may revoke Google Ads manager access through Google Ads account settings and may revoke Google OAuth access through your Google Account permissions. You may also ask us to disconnect an integration or delete stored Google account data, subject to legal, security, and recordkeeping obligations.

7. Cookies and Analytics

Our websites may use cookies and similar technologies required for functionality, security, preferences, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although some features may not function correctly if cookies are disabled.

8. SMS and Communications

If you provide a telephone number or initiate a call or text, we may send service-related or support messages. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of applicable text messages or HELP for assistance. We do not sell telephone numbers or SMS consent information.

9. Children

Conduit is intended for businesses and adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy with a revised "Last updated" date. We may communicate material changes through other appropriate channels.
